Question 1

Which boards and grades does Sparkfinity cover?

Accepted Answer

Sparkfinity maps to CBSE and ICSE curricula for middle and secondary grades, across Maths, Science, English and Social Studies. State boards are being added based on parent demand.

Question 2

How is this different from watching recorded videos?

Accepted Answer

Every session is driven by your child's knowledge graph. The tutor chooses the next explanation based on what your child actually got wrong — not a fixed playlist everybody watches.

Question 3

Can my child use this for exam preparation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Exam Centre generates chapter tests, timed mocks and a readiness score built from attempted topics, accuracy and weak areas.

Question 4

How much time a day should my child spend on it?

Accepted Answer

Twenty-five to forty focused minutes is enough for most students. We optimise for focused minutes, never time on app — the system will tell your child when to stop.

Question 5

What if my child is behind by a year or two?

Accepted Answer

The pre-test finds the true starting point, including gaps from previous grades, and the curriculum quietly repairs those foundations while keeping pace with current school work.

Question 6

Does it work alongside school homework?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Homework and school chapters can be set as the active focus, so practice reinforces exactly what the classroom is covering that week.

Question 7

Is there anything to download?

Accepted Answer

Sparkfinity runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. Offline sync keeps recent lessons and practice available when the connection drops.

Question 8

Does the AI tutor really remember my child?

Accepted Answer

It keeps a persistent memory of mistakes, misconceptions and preferred explanation styles, so the second explanation of a concept is never a copy of the first.

Question 9

What happens when the AI cannot answer a doubt?

Accepted Answer

After two unresolved attempts the doubt escalates to a human subject expert with the full conversation and history attached — within a 24-hour window.

Question 10

Can the tutor explain in simple language or a mix of Hindi and English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Explanation depth and language register adapt to the learner, including simplified phrasing and bilingual explanations where that helps understanding.

Question 11

Will it just give away answers?

Accepted Answer

No. The tutor works in guided steps, asking your child to attempt the next move. Full solutions appear only after an honest attempt.

Question 12

Can it grade written answers and essays?

Accepted Answer

The AI grader marks long-form answers against the board rubric, showing where marks were earned and lost rather than returning a bare score.

Question 13

How accurate is the AI?

Accepted Answer

Answers are grounded in curriculum-aligned material, and any topic where confidence is low is routed to a human expert instead of guessing.

Question 14

What do I actually receive as a parent?

Accepted Answer

One weekly note in plain language: what improved, what is slipping, and the single next action worth taking. No chart-dumping dashboard.

Question 15

Can I see what my child is studying in real time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Parent Co-Pilot shows the current topic, mastery movement and recent test results whenever you open it.

Question 16

Will this replace my child's tuition?

Accepted Answer

For most families it does. One subscription covers the syllabus, unlimited doubts, practice, mocks and a human safety net.

Question 17

How soon will I see a difference?

Accepted Answer

Pre-test to post-test movement is usually visible within the first three to four weeks of consistent use, and it is shown as a number.

Question 18

Can two children in one family use it?

Accepted Answer

Each child gets their own learning record. Family plans let you add a sibling at a reduced rate — ask us on WhatsApp.

Question 19

Is my child's data safe?

Accepted Answer

Learning data is encrypted, never sold and used only to improve your child's experience. You can request deletion at any time.

Question 20

Are there ads, streaks or engagement tricks?

Accepted Answer

None. No advertising, no artificial streak pressure, no notifications engineered to pull your child back into the app.

Question 21

Who can contact my child inside the platform?

Accepted Answer

Only verified subject experts, and only inside an escalated doubt thread. There is no open chat or social feed.

Question 22

Can I control the messages we receive?

Accepted Answer

Marketing communication is off by default. Consent controls let you choose exactly which updates reach you.

Question 23

Is content age-appropriate and moderated?

Accepted Answer

All generated content is filtered for age-appropriateness and scoped to the curriculum, with safety review on every escalation path.

Question 24

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan lets your child try the AI tutor with a limited question budget and one subject before upgrading.

Question 25

How do I enroll?

Accepted Answer

Tap Enroll Now anywhere on the site. You will reach us on WhatsApp, and we will set up your child's account and starting assessment the same day.

Question 26

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation takes two clicks and applies at the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are refundable pro-rata within 14 days.

Question 27

Are there hidden costs for extra material or mocks?

Accepted Answer

No. Full syllabus, practice, mocks and human escalation are inside the single subscription. Nothing is sold on the side.

Question 28

Do you offer school or group pricing?

Accepted Answer
